Tasting Note
Perfumed and floral Grenache: blackberries, raspberry, violets, Mediterranean herbs and lavender over a pronounced llicorella minerality; silky tannins, bright acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Hand-harvested Garnacha; short (~10-day) whole-cluster maceration; aged ~18–24 months in large neutral oak foudres and cement; minimal new oak, artisanal cellar practices.
