Tasting Note
Old-vine Carignan showing wild cherry and raspberry, Mediterranean herbs (rosemary, thyme), tobacco and a graphite/iron mineral edge. Medium-bodied, vibrant acidity, fine-grained tannins and a focused, lingering mineral finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roasted lamb, grilled pork, beef stew, aged Manchego, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu or hoisin duck, miso-glazed eggplant, spicy Sichuan pork with moderate chill.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; whole-cluster spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts; matured in concrete tanks (~8 months); bottled unfined and unfiltered (May 2023).

Terroir al Límit, founded by Dominik Huber (with Eben Sadie) in the early 2000s, focuses on biodynamic farming and single-vineyard expression in Priorat. L'Arbossar is a 1.6 ha, north-facing, old-vine parcel planted c.1910 on slate/granite soils.
