Tasting Note
Fresh wild red berries, subtle black tea and forest floor, with savory spice, gentle earthiness and silky texture. Medium-bodied, bright acidity and supple tannins with a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Negociant cuvée using mostly whole-cluster fermentation (c.60–70%), native yeasts, minimal SO2, aged ~13 months in oak with low new oak; occasional concrete egg use and tank resting before bottling.

Les Terres de Philéandre is a negociant project launched by David Duband (2018), sourcing organically-managed/lutte raisonnée grapes from trusted Savigny growers; named for his twins Philomène and Léandre.
