Tasting Note
Bright red cherry and raspberry, wild strawberry, light spice and floral lift, subtle earth and tea notes; silky texture, lively acidity and gentle tannins.

Production Method
Négociant-sourced grapes; ~60% whole-cluster fermentation on native yeasts; 10–12 months ageing in older oak barrels; minimal SO2, no fining or filtration.
