Vibrant dark cherry and plum, Mediterranean herbs, clove, tobacco and mineral grip; polished tannins, lively acidity and a long savory finish.

Production Method
Fermented in stainless steel (20–28°C) with ~20 days skin contact, full malolactic fermentation; matured 18 months in new 225L French oak (Allier & Tronçais).
