Tasting Note
Intense ruby red with aromas of cherry, black cherry, mulberry, blueberry, vanilla and sage. Soft, balanced palate, gentle tannins and a fruity, persistent finish.

Western: grilled lamb, roasted beef, pasta with ragù, aged pecorino or parmigiano. Asian: Chinese braised pork, Peking duck, Korean BBQ, spicy Sichuan beef, Japanese yakitori (grilled chicken skewers).
Production Method
Fermented in stainless steel at 26–28°C with ~10 days maceration; full malolactic fermentation; aged ~50% in steel and 50% in Slavonian oak (30–60 hl) for about 10 months.
