Tasting Note
Bright cherry, blackberry and plum with notes of fig, sweet spice, tobacco and licorice; creamy tannins, medium-full body and a fresh, fruit-driven finish.

Western: roasted lamb, beef ragu, tomato-based pasta, grilled sausages, aged Pecorino; Asian: Chinese braised pork, spicy Sichuan dishes, Korean BBQ, grilled teriyaki chicken, yakitori.

Production Method
Fermented in stainless steel at 26–28°C with ~10 days maceration; full malolactic fermentation. Aged 10 months, 50% in stainless steel and 50% in Slavonian oak casks.

Produced by the Tasca d’Almerita family at Tenuta Regaleali, a historic Sicilian estate (owned since 1830) noted for diverse soils, hillside vineyards and sustainable viticulture.
