Tasting Note
Salmon-pink rosé with aromas of cherry, wild strawberry, blueberry and rose petal, with spicy and aniseed hints. Fresh, savory and balanced, light-bodied with vibrant acidity and a persistent, elegant finish.

Grilled prawns, seafood salad, Niçoise salad, light roast chicken, charcuterie; sushi, sashimi, ceviche, Thai seafood salad, Korean grilled seafood.

Production Method
100% Nerello Mascalese; cold stainless-steel fermentation (~14°C), partial malolactic fermentation and 3 months ageing in stainless-steel tanks.
