Tasting Note
Pale salmon with aromas of cherry, raspberry, rose petals and rhubarb. Light, crisp and refreshing palate with tart red fruit, floral lift and a subtle herbal finish.

Production Method
100% Nerello Mascalese. Cold stainless‑steel fermentation (~14°C for ~15 days), partial malolactic fermentation and 3 months ageing on lees in stainless steel.
