Tasting Note
Straw-yellow; vibrant citrus, green apple, pear, white peach and light floral notes. Fresh, mineral-driven palate with bright acidity, polished texture and a long, slightly almond finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled white fish, shellfish, salads, goat cheese, vegetable pizza. Asian: sashimi/sushi, tempura, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai seafood dishes. Also good as an aperitif.

Production Method
Controlled stainless-steel fermentation at 14–16°C for ~15 days; no malolactic; aged 3 months in stainless steel before bottling.
