Tasting Note
Straw-yellow with aromas of peach blossom, lemon curd, white apricot, orange blossom and fennel. Medium‑to‑full-bodied, creamy texture, fresh citrus and saline minerality, with a long, fragrant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled fish, shellfish, seafood pasta, roast chicken, fresh cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Thai spicy seafood, Chinese steamed fish, Vietnamese seafood salads.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Inzolia and Sauvignon. Cold fermentation in stainless steel (16–18°C), 4–5 months sur‑lie in tank, followed by bottle aging (approx. 6 months). No oak maturation.
