Tasting Note
Fresh, medium‑full white with pear, green apple, melon, citrus zest, honey and herb notes. Creamy texture, bright acidity, saline minerality and a long, slightly savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: seafood (grilled fish, shellfish, shrimp pasta), antipasti, light poultry and creamy risotto. Asian: sushi/sashimi, sashimi, tempura, Chinese steamed fish, spicy Thai or Vietnamese seafood dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; cold maceration for Sauvignon; fermentation in stainless steel at 16–18°C; no malolactic fermentation; aged on lees in steel for 4–5 months, then bottled after further rest.

Vineyard Info
Tasca d’Almerita’s historic Regaleali estate (family-owned for generations). Nozze d’Oro was created by Count Giuseppe Tasca in 1985 to celebrate his 50th wedding anniversary.
