Tasting Note
Bright straw with green highlights. Aromas of pink grapefruit, white peach, green apple, pineapple and orange blossom. Crisp, fruit-forward palate with fresh acidity, light richness and a clean, fruity finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled prawns, seared scallops, ceviche, roasted chicken, goat or ricotta cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, steamed fish with ginger & scallions, Vietnamese spring rolls, light Thai seafood or lemongrass dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; gentle pressing; fermentation in stainless steel at 14–16°C; no malolactic; 3–4 months on lees in steel before bottling.
