Tasting Note
Bright straw-yellow; aromas of white peach, grapefruit, green apple and tropical fruit. Soft, rich palate with aromatic freshness and a clean, persistent finish.

Western: seafood antipasti, grilled fish, shellfish, light pasta or risotto, salads with citrus vinaigrette. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, Thai seafood curries, Vietnamese spring rolls, light stir-fries.

Production Method
Soft pressing; fermentation in stainless-steel at 14–16°C for ~15 days; no malolactic fermentation; 4 months on lees in steel before bottling.
