Tasting Note
Bright straw-yellow. Aromatic nose of white peach, grapefruit, green apple, jasmine and light tropical notes. Fresh, medium-bodied palate with crisp citrus acidity, saline minerality and a soft, slightly almond-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: seafood antipasti, grilled white fish, pasta alle vongole, asparagus risotto, fresh goat cheese. Asian: sushi and sashimi, Vietnamese summer rolls, steamed fish with ginger and scallions, light Thai fish dishes.

Production Method
Soft pressing; fermentation in stainless steel at 14–16°C (≈15 days); malolactic not performed; 4 months ageing on fine lees in stainless-steel tanks.
