Fresh, aromatic white: citrus, white peach, melon, floral (lavender) and subtle tropical notes; saline minerality, crisp acidity and rounded mid-palate from lees contact; clean, slightly savory finish.

Production Method
Gentle pressing; stainless-steel fermentation at 14–16°C; malolactic fermentation not carried out; aged 4 months on fine lees in stainless steel; bottled unwooded.
