Tasting Note
Golden-yellow; intense aromas of candied apricot, dried grape, orange peel, honey and floral notes. Sweet, velvety palate balanced by brisk acidity and light salinity, finishing long and citrus-tinged.

Production Method
Passito (partial drying of grapes), fermented in stainless steel at 16°C (≈25 days), aged 6 months in steel and 4 months in bottle.
