Tasting Note
Aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle, peach and ripe citrus with vanilla and toasted oak. Creamy, round texture with saline minerality and bright acidity; long, fresh citrus finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; fermented and aged ~8 months in French oak barriques (Allier/Tronçais), 50–70% new; controlled-temperature fermentation; partial malolactic fermentation; bottled after lees ageing.

Produced by Tasca d'Almerita, a family estate founded 1830 (Tenuta Regaleali). Known for sustainable viticulture and quality Sicilian wines; estate includes the San Francesco vineyard planted to Chardonnay in 1985.
