Tasting Note
Golden-straw color; aromas of pineapple, green apple, banana, vanilla and brioche. Rich, creamy texture with bright acidity, mineral undertone and a long, layered finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled or baked white fish, seafood pasta, roasted chicken, creamy poultry dishes. Asian: sushi and sashimi, tempura, Vietnamese spring rolls, mildly spiced Thai or Chinese seafood dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in French oak (350L) barrels, ~70% new; 8–14 months barrel ageing; limited/no malolactic fermentation; bottle-aged before release.
