Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay fermented and partly/primarily aged in French oak barrels; lees contact with limited malolactic influence; bottled after barrel ageing.

Tasca d'Almerita, historic Sicilian estate (Regaleali) founded by the Tasca family; pioneered Chardonnay plantings at Vigna San Francesco in the 1980s.
