Tasting Note
Dark cherry, blackberry and plum with cedar, tobacco, vanilla and black pepper. Medium–full-bodied, structured and savory with firm ripe tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, traditional red fermentation in stainless steel (20 days maceration), full malolactic fermentation, aged 18 months in 225L new French oak (Allier & Tronçais).

Produced by Tasca d'Almerita from the historic Regaleali estate. Vigna San Francesco planted in 1985 by Lucio Tasca; family-run winery with long Sicilian winemaking tradition.
