Concentrated dark blackberry, elderberry and cassis with praline, mocha and savory herb notes. Chocolaty mid‑palate, firm grainy tannins, fresh acidity and a long, tight cedar‑infused finish.

Production Method
Hand‑picked, de‑stemmed, open ferment with gentle extraction, basket‑pressed; matured in new and seasoned French oak and metissage 300L barrels.
