Tasting Note
Concentrated black and red berry fruits with dark chocolate, espresso and black pepper. Earthy liquorice and mint notes, saline, fine-grained tannins and a long mocha-cedar finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, open-fermented on wild yeasts with gentle pump-overs; basket-pressed, matured ~23 months in a mix of new and seasoned French and metissage 300L oak; biodynamic practices employed.
