Concentrated ruby with ripe red and black berry compote, cedar, menthol, tobacco and spice. Firm, high-acidity palate with robust but integrated tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvest from centennial vines; traditional fermentation in stainless and small lots, aged ~18 months in Portuguese and French oak followed by extended bottle aging.
