Tasting Note
Rich maritime smoke with sticky malt, sultanas and dates, sea salt, chalky minerality and a creamy, peppery, gunpowder-smoky palate. Long, spicy finish with mouth‑cooling Sichuan‑pepper notes.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb chops, smoked salmon, blue cheese, dark chocolate. Asian: grilled yakitori, miso‑glazed fish, spicy Sichuan dishes, grilled oysters with soy and chilli.

Production Method
Non‑age‑declared single malt finished in a combination of Ruby, White and Tawny port casks; bottled at cask strength (Special Release 2023).
