Tasting Note

Blackcurrant and blueberry with tobacco, cedar, mint and dark chocolate; medium-full, silky tannins, bright acidity and a long, floral-tinged finish.

Production Method

Manual harvest; reasoned viticulture; fermentation in wooden vats and stainless steel; matured ~14–16 months in French oak (50–60% new).
