Tasting Note

Medium garnet with aromas of cassis, blackberry, rose and cedar with minty/herbal notes. Medium–full body, ripe black-fruit core, fine grainy tannins, fresh acidity and toasted oak. Elegant, saline character and long, persistent finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast lamb, ribeye, braised beef, beef bourguignon, duck confit. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (barbecue pork), Korean BBQ (bulgogi), spicy Sichuan beef, grilled lamb skewers.


Production Method

Traditional Bordeaux vinification: destemmed/fermented in temperature-controlled vats, malolactic conversion, aged 14–15 months in French oak (≈50% new).
