Tasting Note
Medium garnet with aromas of cassis, blackberry, rose and cedar with minty/herbal notes. Medium–full body, ripe black-fruit core, fine grainy tannins, fresh acidity and toasted oak. Elegant, saline character and long, persistent finish.

Production Method
