Bright citrus and grapefruit with orchard fruit, orange blossom and lemongrass; subtle oak spice, lees-driven creaminess and minerality; crisp acidity and a long, slightly phenolic finish.

Grilled scallops, lobster, roast chicken, creamy seafood pasta; Asian: sushi/sashimi, miso-glazed fish, Thai seafood curry, grilled prawns with citrus soy.


Production Method

Hand-harvested; fermented and aged ~8 months with 40% new French oak, extended lees contact and regular bâtonnage to build texture; bottled as a dry Bordeaux blanc.
