Tasting Note
Aromatic Bordeaux white with citrus zest, lemon curd, white peach and nectarine, floral jasmine, wet-stone minerality and subtle smoky-vanilla oak. Vibrant acidity, waxy texture and medium-full body with a tactile, slightly spicy finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented and aged in oak barrels (≈40% new) for ~8 months on the lees with bâtonnage; blended from Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon and bottled after élevage.

Château Talbot is a 4th Growth (1855) in Saint-Julien, owned by the Cordier/Bignon family since 1918. About 5.2 ha are planted to white varieties; Caillou Blanc traces white plantings back to the 1930s.
