Bright citrus and verbena notes with orange-pith, apricot and honeyed Sémillon texture; pithy, waxy citrus palate with good richness and a saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, sorted; fermented and aged 8 months in oak barrels (≈30% new) on lees with regular bâtonnage.

Château Talbot, 4th Growth of Saint-Julien; owned by the Cordier/Bignon family since 1918. Caillou Blanc originates from older Sauvignon and Sémillon plantings dedicated to the estate.
