Tasting Note
Fresh orchard fruits (apple, pear), citrus and dried fruit with honeyed malt, vanilla, light peat/smoke and toasted oak; long finish with dark chocolate and gentle spice.

Western: grilled steak, roasted lamb, aged cheddar, dark chocolate. Asian: yakitori, teriyaki chicken, miso‑glazed fish, Korean BBQ, smoked salmon.

Production Method
No-age-statement blended malt combining single malts from Nikka's Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries; matured in ex-sherry butts, bourbon barrels and new American oak; bottled at 43% ABV.
