Tasting Note
Rich dried fruit, dark chocolate and honeyed oak with gentle peat smoke, vanilla and warm baking spice; velvety texture and a long, warming finish.

Western: grilled steak, roasted lamb, dark chocolate, aged cheddar. Asian: yakitori, miso-glazed black cod, teriyaki beef, rich ramen or braised pork dishes.

Production Method
Blended malt combining malt whiskies from Yoichi and Miyagikyo; matured about 17 years in a mix of sherry and bourbon casks, vatted and married before bottling at 43% ABV.
