Tasting Note

Fine, ultra‑fine mousse; lemon and candied citrus with white flowers, brioche, almond and hazelnut; chalky minerality, pear and apricot on a creamy, saline palate. Long, electric finish.

Production Method

Traditional méthode champenoise; 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay (first press only); ~5% aged in fresh oak; ~9–10 years on lees in chalk cellars; disgorged and bottled with a Brut dosage.
