Dark blackberry and blackcurrant with eucalyptus, black olive, clove and tobacco; dusty, firm tannins, spicy oak and a long, dry finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested old-vine fruit; fermented in original open oak vats with twice-daily pump-overs; matured ~18 months in French oak (approx. 50% new), bottled and cellared prior to release.
