Tasting Note
Citrus zest, green apple and pear with white flowers and flinty/mineral notes; subtle vanilla, hazelnut and light toast from oak, faint buttery texture and a long, fresh mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; minimal-intervention vinification — cold stainless fermentation then finished in French oak (228L barriques and 600L demi-muids) and aged on lees for months with light/no bâtonnage.
