Tasting Note
Striking pale straw; aromas of Meyer lemon, honeysuckle, beeswax and oyster shell. Medium-bodied palate with pomelo, lime, lychee and green papaya; slaty acidity, saline minerality and a briny, moreish dry finish.

Oysters, ceviche, grilled prawns, lemon sole, roast chicken, pork belly; spicy Thai green curry, Sichuan dishes, Vietnamese spring rolls, sushi and sashimi.
Production Method
Hand‑harvested, whole‑bunch pressed; fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel with a high solids component; rested on lees ~3–4 months; bottled under screwcap.

Fourth‑generation Swinney family vineyard (Matt & Janelle Swinney) in Frankland River. Dry‑farmed, organic blocks and bush vines on ironstone gravel soils; winemaking by Rob (Robert) Mann.
