Dark inky purple; wild blueberry, satsuma plum, black pepper, graphite and ferrous minerality with floral spice and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, berry-sorted, 55–65% whole-bunches, wild fermentation in French oak vats and demi-muids; 12–14 months in large seasoned French oak; minimal sulphites, unfined, lightly filtered.
