Tasting Note
Black and blue fruits, mulberry and plum with smoked paprika, graphite, anise and saline minerality. Supple, chewy tannins, bright acidity and a long, savory finish with floral spice notes.

Production Method
Hand-picked, ~54% whole-bunch wild fermentation; 11 days on skins; basket-pressed to large-format French oak; ~11 months maturation (minimal new oak); minimal sulphites, unfined, lightly filtered.
