Dark-plum and blackberry core with violets, star-anise, eucalypt and iron/earth notes; chalky, finely grained tannins, spicy lift and a long, focused finish.

Dry‑grown bush vines; hand‑harvested in multiple passes; wild ferment with ~66% whole bunches; ~11 days on skins; matured in large/old French oak (1600L) for ~11 months.
