Tasting Note
Bright crimson; notes of red cherry, pomegranate, raspberry, lavender, white pepper and sandalwood with distinct iron/ferrous minerality. Medium-bodied, vibrant acidity, fine chalky tannins and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Production Method
Hand‑picked, berry‑sorted and gravity‑fed to French oak; ~28% whole‑bunch inclusion and wild/native fermentation; 11 days on skins; basket‑pressed to large seasoned French oak and aged ~11 months; minimal sulphites, unfined, lightly filtered.
