Tasting Note
Pale cherry-pink; floral notes of rose and geranium with pink grapefruit and pomegranate. Fresh, lively palate, bright acidity, delicate sapidity and good aromatic persistence.

Food Pairing
Grilled or fried seafood, fresh tuna, sushi/sashimi, orecchiette with cime di rapa, tomato-based meatballs, fresh pasta, Thai green papaya salad, Korean BBQ chicken.

Production Method
8–10 hours skin maceration; 10–12 days fermentation in stainless steel at ≤13°C; bottled after at least four months' bottle aging.
