Tasting Note
Bright straw-yellow. Aromas of acacia, hawthorn, lemon and mandarin with white peach and tropical fruit. Crisp, medium-bodied with fresh acidity, saline minerality and a clean, slightly honeyed finish.

Production Method
100% Fiano. Hand-harvested; cold, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel; brief lees contact and bottle aging for 3–4 months. No oak influence.
