Tasting Note
Bright straw-yellow; floral acacia and hawthorn, citrus (lemon/mandarin), white peach and tropical notes, medium-bodied with tangy acidity and a saline, clean finish.

Western: grilled/roasted fish (branzino), fried seafood, shellfish, light pasta, chicken, orecchiette with vegetables. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, steamed fish, light Thai or Cantonese seafood dishes.

Production Method
100% Fiano; cold-controlled stainless-steel fermentation (~12–15 days at ≤12–15°C), followed by 3–4 months bottle aging to preserve freshness.
