Tasting Note
Green fig, quince, pear skin and lemon-pith with citrus and delicate florals over chalky volcanic minerality, subtle smoke and lees; saline, flake‑salt finish and bright, saline acidity.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested; mostly spontaneous (native) ferment in concrete and large oak (foudres) and some 500L barrels; aged ~9–10 months on lees in foudres and older barrels; partial malolactic, low‑intervention.

Suertes del Marqués (winemaker Jonatan García) works old, largely ungrafted vines (≈10–150 years) trained with the traditional cordón trenzado on volcanic basalt in the Orotava Valley, focusing on indigenous varieties and terroir.
