Bright red fruits, wild rose and floral notes with volcanic mineral, cedar and dusty tannins; very high acidity and a long, saline finish.

Production Method
Whole-cluster fermentation with native yeasts in open-top bins, ~14 days maceration; aged 10–14 months in used French oak (500L); bottled unfined/unfiltered.
