Tasting Note

Lusciously sweet with honeyed apricot, orange blossom, candied pineapple, white flowers and toasted hazelnut; vibrant acidity balances richness and gives a long, spicy finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested in multiple passes; grapes affected by noble rot (Botrytis); long gentle pressing, fermented and aged ~18 months in oak (≈50% new).
