Tasting Note
Lustrous golden Sauternes with honeyed apricot, baked pineapple, orange peel, marmalade, vanilla and beeswax, backed by saline minerality, citrus acidity and long saffron-tinged finish.

Foie gras and pâtés; crème brûlée, fruit tarts, blue cheese (Roquefort); roasted duck or duck à l'orange; Asian: Peking duck, rich Cantonese dim sum, mildly spiced Thai curry or Chinese sweet-savoury dishes.
Production Method
Hand-harvested in multiple passes selecting botrytised fruit (noble rot); fermented in tanks and barrels; aged ~18 months in a mix of new and used oak (≈50% new).
