Tasting Note
Pale yellow; bright citrus, white flowers, white peach and tropical notes with a saline, mineral undercurrent. Medium body, silky texture, fresh acidity and a long, elegant finish with hazelnut and pear hints.

Production Method
Pellicular maceration on Sauvignon varieties (2–12h); pneumatic pressing; 70% fermented/aged in stainless vats, 30% in oak barrels; 6 months ageing with periodic bâtonnage on fine lees.
