Tasting Note
Pale yellow; bright citrus, white flowers, white peach and tropical notes with a saline, mineral undercurrent. Medium body, silky texture, fresh acidity and a long, elegant finish with hazelnut and pear hints.

Food Pairing
Oysters, grilled sea bass, roast chicken with herbs, goat cheese salad; Asian: sushi/sashimi, prawn tempura, Thai green curry, Vietnamese spring rolls.

Production Method
Pellicular maceration on Sauvignon varieties (2–12h); pneumatic pressing; 70% fermented/aged in stainless vats, 30% in oak barrels; 6 months ageing with periodic bâtonnage on fine lees.

Château Suduiraut, a Premier Cru Classé (1855) in Sauternes, owned by AXA Millésimes. Historic estate producing classic Sauternes and dry white cuvées from gravelly sandy soils.
