Tasting Note
Plush, concentrated black fruits—blackberry, plum—with violet and dark chocolate, anise and smoky spice. Velvety, meaty savoury notes and floral lift from Viognier, backed by fine, stony tannins and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Shiraz co‑fermented with Viognier (~2%); ~25% whole‑bunch ferment in 2021; open/vessel fermentation and matured ~22–24 months in French oak (seasoned).
