Tasting Note
Fragrant dark-plum, black cherry and blackberry with violet florals, blood-orange/Chinotto lift, black tea, Szechuan pepper, sandalwood and cocoa; mineral, savoury core, fine graphite tannins and a long, silky finish.

100% whole-bunch ferments with native yeasts, minimal intervention; small open vats/concrete eggs for parcels; extended élevage in French oak (c.18–22 months); bottled under natural cork and wax.
